At Fast Track Urgent Care Center, a board-certified provider sees every one of our patients. All of our doctors are trained in the care of both children and adults, and each has experience in the urgent care setting. All of our providers have chosen urgent care as a profession and work solely in our offices. By having the same group of physicians working closely together, we are able to render consistent care to our patients, much the same way a primary care doctor would.

This is our family's second time visiting where someone at the front desk was doing their nails with polish... doesn't seem like that should be acceptable? The doctor completely was in over his head - it was VERY obvious that my collarbone was broken, he could even feel it. His recap of his notes on MyChart were not reflective of information that we provided. Very disappointing visit.
The wait was long, about 3 hours to be seen. The staff were listless, they may have been sick too. I did not feel welcomed, just another problem to be solved. Told the PA just to let me leave since there was nothing to be done accept take steroids.
I was at the carrollwood urgent Care for 3 hours. With only one front desk person, one nurse, and a PA. They were all very kind and helpful but too long to wait in room with sick people as well. I didn't get the results of my x-ray until the next day....
I waited in the lobby for 2 hours and 45 minutes just to be called into a room. I then waited another 20-25 minutes until the Nurse Practitioner finally came in. Absolutely ridiculous that during cold/flu season you have one nurse and one NP on staff for the entirety of the day! Urgent care should not be the name of this place! The only redemption of this visit was Stefani Padgett the NP who looked exhausted but pushed through what had to be done. This girl deserves a raise if not a bonus for the day she endured!
Horrible Customer Service, long wait times without alot of people in waiting room. They make you pay before they will put your name on the waiting list...
I was waiting for 3 hours they didnt care about me i am deaf person .. doctor is very good
Worst experience! If you go to a TGH urgent care and the care giver says, "we will call you with the results" and "if the sulphur drug doesn't seem to be working call us" don't believe them. I tried calling for 48 hours before I got to speak to anyone. It was not someone who could answer my questions. Their attitude is that they can't help me so they don't feel bad for not calling with the results of my test or calling me back to answer questions. By not calling me with the test results, I could have walked around un... read more
The wait to see the PA was way too long otherwise the care was very good.
Over two hour wait to be seen. Doctor not focused. Seen and diagnosed for flu. Went to other urgent care next day and immediately treated for pneumonia and diagnosed for pneumonia via X-ray.
