Very efficient staff.
The entire experience was awesome! From making the appointment all the way through, everyone was so helpful and friendly. I would have loved to have had this office for my primary doctor! I was called back to see the doctor as soon as my paperwork was done. Total time from check in to check out was 45 minutes. I never felt the least bit rushed by the staff nor doctor. The doctor even walked me to checkout. I would highly recommend to family and friends.
Fast Track Urgent Care on Sheldon Road is a great place to go because they are fast and well staffed and equipped. You don't have to spend the whole day there waiting to be seen.

Quick service and very professional. From Triage to billing, no problem.
Set up appointment and was taken exactly when scheduled. Pre exam procedure was quick yet thorough. Dr. Dang took the time to ask questions and answered my questions in a friendly and professional manner. I left feeling I had a much better all around experience then at any other Urgent care facility.
