You got the electricity back on fairly quick concidering the amount of outtages
Even with all of the cleanup after the ice storm, my security light was repaired 2 days after I reported it. It was not really an urgent thing, but the response was fast and the guys were great.

They were very quick to respond, even with all the power outages going on. Took care of a tree limb on our power line and fixed our yard light.
