Great, after the work order was processed. The initial work order was closed the same day that it was entered in the online app. Unfortunately nothing was done to fix my issue. It wasn't until I upgraded my app that I found that the work order was closed. My security light was out for 2 1/2 weeks. When I called in the light was fixed before I got home from work.

The crew working n our yard light were excellent. The continued sending of emails wanting a review is intrusive. Send one, let customer decide and shut the H... up.
