I live in an area where bringing in the service was a task but they went above and beyond to get it done..As with OEC I coulnt be happier.
GLAD TO BE IN OEC AREA Good fast reliable service. Really appreciate the New Fiber WIFI. Our Cell service is sketchy here at the house. I wish WIFI CALLING was more affordable, WIFI Calling seems a bit pricey, for us. Thank you OEC!!!
I was having problems with my outside security light going off and on. I would forget about it until I was counting on the illumination and it would go off and of course that would be after everyone at OEC had gone home. However on Labor Day I was on the website paying my bill and saw the option to ask a question. Much to my surprise the very next morning OEC was there installing a brand new light!
