OEC always goes above and beyond for their customers, it's a stand apart company in service to their clients. My big nightlight was out on my property and in the country it is DARK at night. I called in the morning and they were here within 2 hours. They are so fast to get out power back on when we lose power. They also do great prep work during the summer to make sure the trees are trimmed as to decrease power outages with ice storms. Thank you
