Had two OEC personnel come out and replace a dusk/dawn sensor on our pole security light. They were very fast. One thing I would suggest though is that someone call before coming out as we have a gate that is normally closed. This particular day it was open so not that big a deal. I did provide my cell phone and requested a call. Great job by the crew though! Thanks...
The security light was fixed. No problem. And I was so happy they didn't drive that heavy truck on my yard. He climbed the pole instead and left my yard rut free.
The representative was awesome and OEC the process was easy!
