I made a phone call to get electricity hooked up. The clerk was very helpful. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner!

Had two OEC personnel come out and replace a dusk/dawn sensor on our pole security light. They were very fast. One thing I would suggest though is that someone call before coming out as we have a gate that is normally closed. This particular day it was open so not that big a deal. I did provide my cell phone and requested a call. Great job by the crew though! Thanks...
The security light was fixed. No problem. And I was so happy they didn't drive that heavy truck on my yard. He climbed the pole instead and left my yard rut free.

I called to start electrical service at my new place and talked to Shelly. My phone signal wasn't great, and I ended up dropping the call. Shortly after, Shelly called back to finish my application. She was amazing and so friendly! Had my power turned on instantly!
