Called in a outdoor light not functioning Next day yall fixed it great service
Customer service is always great. Fast, all my questions are answered and problems solved..I have electric, Wi-Fi and TV. It's all been great, especially the Wi-Fi!!
Perfect! I have NEVER had any issues with OEC! I called this time in regards to the street light bulb being out. It was only 1 day from when I called until it was operational again. Staff on the phone have always been polite, professional and enthusiastic. Thank you!
