Very efficient service. They were out there within the time frame I was quoted.
Not sure what experience you are talking about but oec has always been kind and gets what I need done and oh yes night night fixed right away

Prompt. Friendly.
No reference as to what service and when it was provided. I don't recall the dates, but one recent service was to check performance of the Fiber router, the other was for repair/replace Security light. Both are given 5 stars.
The service was quick and efficient
Sent a message about a broken safety light and within 6 hours, it was repaired and a brighter light installed.
My security light was replaced a couple of days after I reported it. The new light is a vast improvement over the one that was replaced.
