Great service
During the installation process ,I talked to no less than 8 different people. All were competent, friendly, and empathetic. The only negative is the time frame it took to get your amazing service (57 days) . Not one person could explain in detail the delay, only that my service request had been expedited.I was told that 4 times. I am not sure how it was expedited….Your fiber has worked without any flaws, so very happy to have it.
Got me connected wuickly
