Everything was setup and ready to go when I moved in just like they said it would be. Thank you so much
I just had fiber run to our home. Everything went great. Speed is fantastic. You can even use a router you purchased on your own. Great for me and my family as we like to keep the security high. This is just great we love it!
The technician that came out was great. He was very knowledgable. He also worked quickly and tested the speed with me.
My email that you sent me to start said 2-3 weeks out. But the next thing I knew flags were staked out in back yard showing where other lines were buried. Then got a call to setup appointment for inside installation. Edward called me and said he could be here earlier and I told him to come on. He was here and gone in about 1 hour everything was working great!!

Polite service worker for instillation of router. He checked every room for WiFi connectivity, even the outside area to make sure we were set up! We are so thrilled to finally have an OEC connection! Definitely Dependable!!!! Love it!!!
