The guys that showed up to do our work were excellent. They knew what they were doing and did the work in a timely manner. Both were really good guys and will certainly recommend to others.

OEC showed up quickly and did a thorough job addressing my electrical problem. Technicians were friendly and professional. The issue appears to be resolved. They went above and beyond what they had to do and I'm very thankful for the effort they put into getting me fixed up.
We worried we would be stuck with previous carrier.. Everyone from setting up ti installers were fabulous.they were very thorough and our installation techs were amazing very kind and made sure everything was on and functioning 100% before they left..thank you so much. Now we can actually watch Christmas movies..
Everyone did great. Cable trenchers were quick & professional, tester was there and gone before I knew it, and installer was fast and thorough. Very good service from beginning to end.
The technician, Carl, did good about getting it all set up and letting me know the details of what he was doing. He was also very quick about it too.
John the installer accommodated my request to move the drop location and was able to quickly get things connected. Service has been solid thus far
Tv very good compaired from 2 years ago. No issues on tv. Tech that installed not excited about his work. He used the 2 year old dish hdmi wires and not new ones. Covered verylittle on remote and handed me the book and all info i need was in it.
Absolutely fantastic process from beginning to end. I have honestly not seen a company move quicker when it comes to service, and OEC is a blessing to work with!
