OEC Fiber outlined the step by step process of installing the fiber in my home. Their installation follow up was excellent. My wife and I are pleased with the internet and tv service and the price.

Everything from the initial request for service, to being contacted for installation and the actual installation was top tier service. Everyone I spoke to and had in my home was beyond great. Shame I didn’t switch to OEC Fiber sooner. Service is excellent, way better than what I had with AT&T.

Great experience! Next day install from initial phone call. Technician (John) showed up on time and was quite possibly the nicest and most respectful tech we have ever dealt with. He knew exactly what he was doing and was gone fairly quickly. Internet speed is as advertised.
