The installation was a breeze the technician was very friendly and very helpful. He totally set everything up for me. He was polite and polite on time to what we discussed.. he is very knowledgeable about the fiber optic and it was exactly like he said !! The steps to get the Internet installed were really drawn out. But each Department did their job well and as fast as they could. We were fast tracked and it still took a long time. However, we are very thankful. We had grandchildren move into our home unexpectedly and they needed access to the Internet for school work.

Took awhile but well worth the wait. The workers were so nice and so was the girl that I talked to directly on the phone. Our internet is so much better than it was through our phone company fast and reliable.
