We could not be happier with the cperience.The people we dealt with were really great .The service works perfectly .
Install went well. Installers were knowledgeable and professional. I do think they should have worn booties over their boots while walking through the living area of my house. We should have called them on it; however, I chose to not ask. The signal is not that much better than the 500 megabyte service I had with COX, and doesn't appear to come close to a Gigabyte speed.
