There was some misunderstanding about the marking of buried utilities which delayed my installation by several weeks. I had to call several times before I got any response from anyone concerning the installation and when I did get a response I almost didn’t accept the call as it was from an unknown caller with a Calif. prefix. Confusing. But all the workers who showed up were polite and friendly for the most part. Thank you

1st class customer service!! Your sub contractors did an excellent job on the install from the line boring in my yard to the interior install. Most importantly, I’ll know exactly what my bill will be each month, no hidden fees and increasing rates!!
