Technicians did a good job. Control is a little hard to navigate for older people. Personally I don't like going thru 3 or 4 screens to get to programming. I think it should be simpler or perhaps the tech did not set it up that way. Reception is good.

I'm a totally new customer. We were told the process would take a couple weeks starting with marking the lines, trenching, and the in home install. The time frame was pretty much as described. The contractors were all friendly and respectful. The in home installer was great. He gave me reasonable options, and listened to what we wanted. Our set up probably took the installer a little more time/effort, but he seemed happy to do it. Thanks

There was some misunderstanding about the marking of buried utilities which delayed my installation by several weeks. I had to call several times before I got any response from anyone concerning the installation and when I did get a response I almost didn’t accept the call as it was from an unknown caller with a Calif. prefix. Confusing. But all the workers who showed up were polite and friendly for the most part. Thank you
