Awesome customer service!
From installation to service, a great experience.
The install tech was very knowledgeable and was really quick on the install. The outside work was awesome. Couldn't hardly tell they run a line through the backyard.
what a professional and hard working technician. I was thankful for his knowledge and attention to detail.

Installers were on time (early, actually), accommodating, professional, and thorough.
Was fast and efficient techs were very nice and made sure stuff was exactly as they found it! Also when calling and before deciding they gave facts but were not pushy on it definitely looking forward to new internet service hopefully way better than suddenlink/optimum!
