everyone that assisted me today was very nice and helpful. from the time I call OEC to Julia who came out to help me to get my tv working. I was lost for 3 days without my TV. Just hope I can remember everything Julia show me and explain so thoroughly.

The technician that installed the wiring was very professional , curtious, and very respectful. She answered all my questions thoroughly. I asked her to speed tests certain spots around the house to make sure there are no weak spots. She did all that. To me she went above and beyond doing her job. She is awesome. About OEC fiber connection speed and all, so far so good. No outages, no hiccups. I am satisfied.
