The whole experience was great. The guys that buried the lines did a great job you can’t tell where they dug. The install tech was wonderful fast and polite. The speed that you had us up and running was amazing and we are enjoying the speed and quality of our internet.

Install went smoothly except that the cable was not moved from the old service . So when I checked tpo see if I had service, I was actually still on the old on4e. Had to get my son to come fix it since I just had eye surgery .

Got an appointment time quickly, courteous technician that completed set up in a timely manner. Had to leave him there to finish up and he provided picture showing he had closed up garage when he left. Very professional!

Great at keeping me informed of the workers marking my yard prior to trenching. Great at making very little disruption to my lawn. Not so great at cutting a sprinkler line, but I should have marked them. Easily repaired. Great at in-home install. Dominic was wonderful! So patient in walking me through the steps to transition from AT&T! Great at changing the plan I asked for in the office.
