The guys were polite and precise about what they were doing.
Installer was very knowledgeable and did a great job both with the install/hookup, and making sure we understood everything.

Technician showed up on time (actually, we were late by five minutes arriving and he was still there!!) Guy took no time to get everything hooked up and operational.
