OEC Fiber customer service and communication is great! We dropped Cox cable as soon as they installed. The process was easy and they explained everything along the way. I will be savings at least $500 a year and won’t have several hours of no service like I did with Cox cable and the speed is super fast!!

The technician that installed the wiring was very professional , curtious, and very respectful. She answered all my questions thoroughly. I asked her to speed tests certain spots around the house to make sure there are no weak spots. She did all that. To me she went above and beyond doing her job. She is awesome. About OEC fiber connection speed and all, so far so good. No outages, no hiccups. I am satisfied.
