The installers were very nice. The sales lady was, too, when I set up fiber optic. Really great experience!
Everything worked great except for the wait for the services. Took about 4 weeks. But it’s working great.
I called to make a transfer of electric and internet. No issues. Very pleased with my experience.
This person was excellent and and fixed up everything to where everything is running just fine.
The only negative thing I have to say is the time it took to get it installed. I called on June 10th and was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get it installed. It was completed on Aug 2nd,so 8 weeks later and the only problem was a couple weeks before it was completed there was a problem with the signal in my area
