While the installation experience was good the fiber network itself is absolutely horrible! It took two attempts and 3 minutes just to open this survey. I'm constantly freezing up and timing out or lagging so bad I can't get anything accomplished online. If this continues I will have no choice but to dump this sub-par network and return to Cox who I apparently just thought was bad.
Internet is OK. for the TV, the remotes do not turn off my TV's so I have to use another remote to turn them off. I also thought I would get more channels with the basic plan. Considering cancelling the TV portion.
I got missed when my neighbors got there fiber connected. I have a large stack of papers from phone calls to the young ladies in the fiber department, they probably think I am hitting on them. The lady that got it going I think her name is Jeanie she sent an email to a supervisor then he looked it over that day. Within 4 or 5 working days I’m connected. Once it got rolling it’s been great. I heard a lot of being done in 7 to 10 days. Thanks for getting it connected.

He was very nice, but had no PPE on and we were told he would . He was on his phone the complete time he was here. I expected him to explain a little about the Fiber, but he really didn't.

Called and asked if they could move our time up and when we said yes they showed up in 10 minutes. They did exact as explained and put the service where we asked. Went over everything and made sure we understood. Get customer service and workmanship. .

My cable is only buried 5-7 inches. One place was not buried at all. The installers destroyed my rubber mulch landscaping on the side of the house. The line going into the house was drilled into the grout on the side of my house rather than being run through the attic lie all my other lines have been. I asked the installer if he needed to go in the attic. He did not tell me what he was doing. I realized after the fact that he drilled into the side of my house!
