Everyone from the receptionist, to the nurse, to the doctor were extremely nice, delegate, and caring. It was a truly wonderful experience.
got seen right away....which is nice...i went early just a bit after 9am...by time i got out around 10 waiting room was damn near filled...Treatment was good, staff knowledgeable, friendly and professional

Staff very pleasant. Office was very clean. Wait time was a little over an hour and half and no one updated on time line. Only comment was "We try to see everyone 30 minutes to 1 hour". A few people left because the wait time was so long. Also, I think children should have preference or triage. My 4 yr daughter upon arrival had 102.9 fever. Ibuprofen was administered and by the time we were seen her temperature had gone down to 99.9. I've been to many urgent care's in past and never waited long.
