It was very fast and I didn't have to wait long. The staff was very courteous.
Very quick response by staff: really kind doctor.
I arrived to the facility while experiencing shoulder pain. I was seen very quickly, given a prescription for steroids, muscle relaxers, and an MRI. Within 48hrs I had an appt with an Orthopedic doctor and the MRI. I really appreciate the convenience of prompt care and scheduling! Thank you!
My overall experience was fantastic. From the check in process to seeing the medical professionals. The nurse practitioner and nurse that attended me had a great bedside manner. I would like to thank everyone in the TGH team for making me feel better.
