Everyone very nice and helpful. .IPad program for registration was slow, did not allow reasonable meication info to be entered NP was very good. Wait was too long in waiting area. Very quickly seen by NP once in exam room.
Excellent service, quick, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. My clearly non-life-threatening condition had gotten worse through the day on Friday and I didn't want to wait until Monday to have it looked at. I went in about 6:00 PM to the Gandy site. I got a diagnosis and prescription and things got better quickly over the weekend.
It took awhile to be seen, but overall the receptionist was very helpful and professional to include the medical assistant and the Physician, thank you.

I was very pleased. TGH Fast Track in Riverview had been my primary source for emergency care since COVID 19. Convenient and clean location, innovative check in process, acceptable waiting period, professional and cordial staff all keep me returning when incidents arise. Thank you TGH❣️
I had a sinus infection. Going on for almost 2 weeks. Couldn’t shake it. The PA , Ashley, listened and provided a good resolution. I am starting to feel better. PS the receptionist was excellent as well. I did not get her name but she has dark hair and a warm smile. Thank you!
Lobby was clean and quiet. Receptionist was extremely helpful and patient, walking me through the steps to check in and create an account online. The provider Michelle Lastra the PA was FANTASTIC. As a Healthcare provider myself, I could not have been happier with her assessment and listening skills. I really felt heard. My baby is feeling better because she LISTENED. Overall wonderful experience, very lucky to have a great clinic so close to home.
Very great communication
The medical care and staff were excellent. What I didn't like was -- after booking an appointment online through the USF/TGH site and then rushing to that appointed time -- being told by the receptionist "we don't take appointments." So, I waited two and one-half hours to receive the care.
