Great experience by all the staff members
Please do not offer appointment times especially on weekends because you still wait same amount of time. (That is so misleading. Just remove that) Staff, Provider were professional and compassionate. Negative is when you are told only 1 Provider is scheduled. 2 plus hours waiting before being called back into a room where we waited another 48 minutes before anyone came into the room. The office staff was very considerate and professional. The health care provider took the time to explain my condition, provided immediate remedy, and explained how to avoid complications in the future.
Positive just a little delay. Two hours to be seen. Overall please with the attention. Personnel very friendly and professional. Will recommend TGH Urgent Clinic to friends and family.
I was visiting Florida before flying to Hawaii. Everybody I met was wonderful. Booking my appointment online was simple. I’ve worked in a medical office and our system for visitors was not as efficient or welcoming. Thank you!!
