Very easy to check in very good doctor and front office personnel were very helpful as well
Came to TGH for a bad cold while filling out paperwork I started feel weak and almost passed out they took me in immediately got me stabilized and recommended I go to the ER asap I went to the ER and was admitted with pneumonla The staff was very kind professional and caring I would recommend them to anyone needing quick medical help kudos to the entire staff
Long wait for a pre arranged time of arrival, lots of questions that had to be completed on phone these could have been done when time spot was booked Actual meeting interaction with service providers good, except temperature taken with unprotected thermometer
Didn't sleep all night. Horrible feeling. Almost couldn't drive. Didn't believe it was covid, but it was. Walked in at 800am left at 905am. PA Jessie was professional and empathetic. I left with Paxlovid to treat covid. Again. Total time spent....65 minutes.
There was ZERO wait time. The people there were so very kind to me, very helpful, and accomodating. Top marks.
Provider was excellent however the registration process was a mess. Each person registering was made to initiate a My Chart account and fill-in basic information as well as current symptoms as other ill patients waited.
I would like to say thank you for your help!
The check in process was smooth and because I was feeling very unwell that was something that was very important to me. The staff beginning with the intake at the front desk, to the triage nurse, the doctor, and the tech were friendly and seemed concerned. I will definitely return to this urgent care facility in the future. Thank you for taking good care of me.
