Checked in and was seen pretty quickly even tho they were busy. I saw Steve who was great ,identified the my problem and had Xray. . Everyone was wonderful from the lady who checked me in To the lady who did Xray and when over my information. You have a great team at this location. Thank you

Everyone was kind and listened to my situation and responded with helpful diagnosis and information.
The staff and doctor were awesome. However, it is impossible to get thru to the office. I needed a tetanus shot after hurricane cleanup, and I was trying to confirm that they had the medication on hand, bc I had limited time (there’s a 48 hr window). I could not get passed the schedulers to get a phone number. The person I talked to was very unhelpful. She did not understand and wasn’t about to problem solve. It was not a long wait. The receptionist was pleasant and professional. The nurse was pleasant and obtained necessary information. The PA was also pleasant and addressed all my concerns. She didn’t just try to rush me out the room. It was clean and odor free.
