Fast Track Urgent Care - Wesley Chapel truly outshines just about every other urgent care center in the area! These guys are very genuine with each visit I've made. The medical staff has always been able to find a solution to what's been ailing me quicker than originally anticipated.
The nurse was great. She put us at ease and was very gentle in the COVID-19 procedure.
I am disgusted with the way TGH has handled this pandemic with their allotted 25 tests per day... They should be ashamed of themselves and should have either provided an option to actually book an appointment rather than make people wait as early as 4am to hopefully "make the cut." I went there with my 3 children a few days ago at 7am, waiting in a line wrapped around the back of the building, to be cut off about 10 people too late. I needed to be tested for Covid 19, and was told that I would need to walk in to an office early because only 25 tests can be administered in a day. “No appointment necessary.” I showed up at 5AM, and waited 3 hours in line. Mind you, others in line even before me, and some started adding in family members who had just arrived. No one is social distancing. People are coughing, and almost fighting.
