I have been trying to get my short term disability paper work filled out for over a month. Every time I call, I get the run around. They charge me the 50 dollar fee to fill out the short term disability paper work but then a month later state that they can not fill it out.

Terrible.. I went there to get tested for COVID. They did the swab test, I don’t hear back and when I call 4 days later they said they never sent it.. so unprofessional
The Heights location is temporarily closed due to COVID-19 (per the sign on their door). Would be wonderful if someone was able to note that on the website and/or voicemail service so that people aren't driving to the location in the middle of pandemic only to find out the office is closed.

Very professional and a caring staff
The staff was professional. They had hand cleaner available and masks at front door. I missed their return call, when the called 2 days later with results. Could not get an answer for 4 days with results. Had to go back to clinic and then was advised of positive test.
the doctor listed to my medical history and prescribed me the correct medication based on my history with infections.
