Every person at every step from security check in to pre and post operation were exceptionally nice and attentive. The whole process was well communicated and every question I had was answered. You can tell they care about their patients from the positive attitudes and effort they put into every part of my experience there.

I was in on 7/5/20 for what was described by both your tech and the doctor as a "very angry looking" infection on the top of my right hand which was a result of being pricked by fish fins when fishing on 7/4/20. I was prescribed Doxycycline Monohydrate 100mg. Told to take for 10 days-if no improvement was seen in 48 hours, go to an emergency rm. I had to go there for a urine drug screen. I waited for an hour and a half. All i needed to do was pee in a cup and leave. I have been to multiple other facilities to do this in the past also without appointments and i was able to get in and out within 15 minutes.

Christina up front was so kind and was so patient with everyone she checked in. NP Susan was awesome as well. I actually felt bad for her because she looked a little stressed out. She actually called me with my results.
