Got my COVID test. In & out
The service by everyone was fantastic!
i fractured my arm. the wrap was too tight. my hand became swollen & purple. i had to return the next day for a re-wrap. i understand that can happen but i feel like the circulation should have been checked. my biggest complaint is your "referral" process - which honestly there isn't one. the poor girl that has that job has a mailbox that is so full you can't leave a message. i called multiple days every fifteen minutes & could never get through until five days after my visit.
The personnel were very nice and really liked the PA I saw but I had an appt. for 4, got there at 3:45 but didn't get out til 7!!! In this day of Covid (or really anytime), taking 3 hours when you have an appt is ridiculous!
Great Expierience. The Urgent Care referred me to a ENT. They located a network provider close to my work and set everything up for me in. Happy I went there.
quick and easy
Staff helped me get thru my travel by printing my results of my COVID test when I couldn't. Such a relief since I had work, getting mom from nursing home to dr appt, car issue, & upcoming travel!
Had rapid Covid test. Very professional.
