Went for COVID testing due to fever and cough. NP Matthew was very skilled and courteous. He informed me personally of my positive test and informed me of care and precautions. Thank you for all your help
In the midst of COVID 19 and flu season I watched the ARNP and CNA going in and out of several rooms and not wash their hands, I also didn’t see them sanitize any of the equipment, or use hand sanitizer. I will never go back there again.
This was an amazing experience! The front desk staff was very friendly, efficient and welcoming. Our wait time was minimal and everyone that was working with us was very personable and professional. We really appreciate the care and service that they provided. If we are ever in need of urgent care, we will definite choose TGH Urgent Care.

I made an appointment online due to having a bad sinus infection and was seen by Matt, Nurse Practitioner who decided all I needed to do was take over the counter medication even though the sinus infection was already bad, he said it wasn't and couldn't give me antibiotics. A couple of days later, I was able to see allergist, Dr. Powell at Florida ENT and Allergy who did diagnose they indeed the sinus infection was bad and prescribed 2 antibiotics.
