I lived in Riverview 18 years now and although I have a good primary physician, there have been numerous occasions where I used various urgent care facilities. The medical providers here are AMAZING and my entire family visited besides myself and can’t tell you how much we are thankful we found this facility as there are so many in our area. I schedule my follow up tomorrow and have all the confidence that my visit will be another 5 star visit.
The staff and service both were exceptional!!
It was great experience over all. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, the facility is clean and well kept. We appreciate the precautions you guys are practicing! We felt safe! However... scheduling app at 3pm, we showed up at 2:30 to fill out all the paper work needed to make sure we are going to be seen o time, but still had to wait until after 3:30 sometimes to be called in.
I am very happy with the overall services rendered. The receptionist was very nice,The nurse and doctor were also very pleasant.
Staff was friendly and productive.
One of the few Urgent Care centers that would see me with a fever instead of turning me away during the Pandemic. They were polite, quick & efficient. Much better experience than the last time I was there. They put me at ease and were able to diagnose me accurately. Great staff and experience from front desk, technician, and finally to provider. I'm feeling so much better.
