On time professional experience
I have always had a good experience at the original Fast Track Urgent Care. This visit was a huge deviation from prior experience. First of all I went to the Westchase location for a suspected broken foot. This was disclosed immediately. Was told the wait would be 30 minutes. An hour later was told they were short staffed and the PA was taking a lunch break. Great everything was perfect
Quick and easy
Staff was friendly and courteous. The wait was entirely too long. Had a 5 PM appointment did not get in till 635. Ouch.
The staff was very professional. I was in and out in a short time.
