Great experience. Clinic had universal precautions I lobby and waiting area. Receptionist was very friendly. ARNP was attentive and thorough. Wait time was very minimal and results very quick.
Fantastic service even at the end of the day knowing these professionals were finishing up a 12 hour shift!!
Great no waiting
A surgery that was for 1 was changed to 4 then 5 ended at 6. When I was being discharged I was told by the nurse that had forgotten to give me my regular medications including my insulin. After surgery the rest of my sugar was never checked. I needed for the pain to be taken away from me and I ended up doing it myself because I was in pain waiting. wanted a covid 19 .so came in with some minor symptoms. The wait was very long, but once I got in, it seemed better. Had two tests done and the doctor came in eventually. However, they got some info wrong on my record and the person I saw when I came in at the front was not very friendly - I had to have the doctor repeat some things that she said to me to be sure I was clear on the information. But I am very happy that we have that facility so near to our home.

Dr don’t inform me anything about my surgery. Casey Richey (nurse 2nd floor) was outstanding. So was Kyle Allen. The staff overall great
All personnel were fantastic from the nurses to the transporters to the anesthesiologist and the surgeon. They explained what was going to be done and my procedure began on time. When it was over the surgeon explained the results and my options.
I was made to feel like i was important and my concerns were taken care of before i left the office i was given literature on my condition!! Dr.Phillips was excellent!! i appreciate the nurse helping also!!
