Very fast and informed
The wait time was short. The staff was very friendly. I felt that the doctors knew what to do I had a lot of ear wax in my ears and they knew what to do in order to get me hearing much better. Job well done. Thanks very much.
The check-in process was terrible. The front desk person seemed to be new but great customer service, there were two other women who were there as well. One of them, heavy-set with dreadlocks was directing everyone else. Her tone and attitude with the representative who was checking patients in was short and deeming, in front is customers. Quick, professional, convenient
Check in process was quick and easy. Wait time was less than 15 minutes. The nurses and doctor were very friendly and listened to my concerns. The doctor was very caring and put me at ease! Very pleasant experience!
Friendly and very professional
Great nurse very intelligent compassionate and professional. Test result was prompt as well
The experience was great for being a walk in just wish more people would wait in the car specially if they are getting tested for covid. The lobby was completely fully with probably half getting tested for covid or waiting for a test. As a mom of a a one year old and pregnant it did not sit well and decided to sit in my car with my one year old. To many people in the lobby and barely any social distancing.
