Horrible experience!!! I was seen last night and I am still waiting for them to send my prescription over to the pharmacy and I have been on hold for 30 min now trying to get some answers about why my prescription is not being sent!!!
The nurse and nurse practitioner were absolutely wonderful to me! Not did I test positive for Covid 19, but had only lost my husband of 50 years 5 days before, so I was hurting emotionally and feeling very sick from the virus! They treated a stranger like I was their grandmother or mother! Thank you ladies!

Cannot at this time provide a review of medical services; however I can evaluate the telephone system and prompts at the Wesley Chapel location. I had received a call from a representative stating that I would have a pre-surgery COVID test scheduled via MyChart @ Wesley Chapel. Now, 10 days later, having seen nothing in MyChart, I called the Wesley Chapel number @ 4:45 PM on 12/29 and selected prompt 6 on the 1st call, then 3 on the 2nd, and then 2 on the 3rd.
