If only we can have a TGH Urgent Care in every neighborhood in America, we would have a very healthy nation. These guys have perfected health care service. Every visit brings me closer to wishing I could make them my primary care. Shhhh, they are my primary care, just not official!
I came in with pressure in my chest. I was immediately taken in and seen by doctor. There was no wait. Ricky called five days later to follow up and see how I was doing. I truly appreciate that. Shows you care about your patients. Thank you.

I was seen fairly quickly on the day before Christmas Eve at 8:30 a.m. The staff that was at the check-in was efficient. The medical staff members were nice, profesional, helpful and encouraging. After my treatment I was told I would be given a referral to an orthopedist to check on the fracture and possibly treat with insertion of a pin. I had a great experience.

My experience this time was very good. Previous visit I waited 2 hours this time around 45 minutes; given the COVID situation if felt that wasn't bad. Everyone was kept socially distant and wearing masks. Office is very clean, new and inviting. The front desk doctor who saw me were very friendly. Doctor was knowledgeable and provided an easy solution to my issues. I definitely recommend this office.
I had to have a COVID-19 test cometed prior to a surgery scheduled Monday after Christmas. I was told by preop that it needed to be completed 48 hours prior to surgery which meant I needed to have the test completed on the 26th or surgery would be cancelled. Several messages were left for the urgent care to find out what time my appointment was on the 26th but never received a call back. Everyone was pleasant and very helpful. We were taken on time. If we ever need urgent care, we would coming back to you most likely first.
