Everyone was great and on time
Very nice ppl and took good care of me talking to me about all my concerns
We required a COVID-19 PCR test to be taken no more than 7 days prior to arrival. We still do not have our results. If they are not received tomorrow (and we've already moved our flight), we cannot go at all as the window would have closed. It would be 8 days from the time of testing until results were provided - that's like an entire quarantine period.
I.ve been there twice now...am very appreciative of having access to a very knowledge staff.
