First of all I want to thank the Fast Track team for their service!! CDC guidelines were followed and the customer service was top notch. The PAs bedside manners were commendable.

Overall good, had a problem with ultrasound unit not being there on time, and small communication problem at check-in due mostly to masks and plexiglass barrier.
Had Covid 19 test at Gunn Hwy location in preparation for a minor procedure The wait was short. There were just 3 cars ahead of mine. The clinician who did the swab was pleasant, courteous and skillful. The wait for phone call to be answered before the test was 28 minutes before I ended the call without getting through.
I went in to have a prescription refilled and was out in a timely manner. The doctors and researchers in the nurses were all very kind and very Professional. I would definitely recommend this urgent care over in the emergency room.
