Even though the wait was long, the receptionist was friendly. The nurse and nurse practitioner to all the time we needed to answer our questions. I never felt like we were bothering them but asking a lot of questions

Wait was two hours which is unusual but lots of sick people. Doctor was very understanding and helpful.
