Fast, thorough and professional service - everything you want and need in an Urgent Care.
The whole experience, from check-in through check-out was impressive. No extended delays along the way. The PA asked the right questions and most importantly heard me out and my concerns for the visit. Hopefully my problems will be resolved and don't have to make a second trip.

We use this facility since it’s close to home and have always had good experiences. This recent visit was slightly different. I brought my daughter due to chickenpox. I just wanted to make sure a symptom she was having wasn’t serious. The person who took her vitals made a snide comment about her being unvaccinated against chickenpox and that’s why she got it. Everyone from the Security Officers to the Drs and nurses were excellent! Very professional, helpful, answered questions and explained everything so we could understand . That’s why we drive from Lakeland to Tampa for our cardiology needs.

I’ve never written a review for anything but this place deserves one. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any doctors office. The entire staff was extremely rude from the second I walked in the door. Both the medical tech and nurse were beyond rude to me. The tech wouldn’t let me explain my case and then him and the NP Had an unprofessional conversation about me right outside my door. They have rapid Covid tests but refused to give me one and said it was up to the provider whether or not they would use that resource on me. ... read more
4:45 appointment not seen until 6:45 unacceptable service was good once i saw the doctor though.
