The receptionist was efficient and helpful in gathering my information. In very short order, I was seen by Alyssa, the Physicians Assistant, who continued my experience in an efficient and helpful manner. After a test, she explained the results and answered all my questions in a professional and caring manner. I had a long wait to get in but I was so thankful I could even get a test. Once seen I had a very positive experience, exam and test
Had appointments for Covid testing, my grandsons appointment was for 4:45, mine was for 5 pm, we got there 4:40, finally saw dr at almost 7 pm
