All staff especially the doctor was very friendly
Could not ask for better care. ALL nurses were caring and helpful. I really was so comfortable there.
I can understand how busy everyone is with Covid but to be kept waiting for 90 minutes past the appointment time and not to be informed at any time of the delay and how long it would be is unacceptable.
Very well organized, efficient and fridndly.

Worse experience! Made an appointment for tests and waited over 2 hours. Way too long to have to wait. Triage nurse very disrespectful. When I questioned the physician she was short and rude

I left a review earlier about my visit after spine surgery. My lab were held past 12:30 on Friday, too late for my neurosurgeon 2 hours away and I can’t get into PCP at USF as he didn’t get the message until 4:30. I left out one thin that bothered me. The exam room had no table paper. I worked in a doctors office 30 years. It’s like where do I sit? There was no cleaning of that table before I went in. My experience was excellent. I made an appointment for a COVID swab and everything went flawlessly. The front desk staff were lovely as was the nurse and nurse practitioner. Everything was in compliance with social distancing and mask wearing.
