They were short handed but very nice
My appointment was at 3:30 for a simple covid test. I waited over 2 hours and wasn’t called until after 5:30. I didn’t get out of the office until almost 6pm.
Great experience, staff was great and know what they were doing. Returning next week.
The apron to taken care of me doesn’t care and really unprofessional. I went las Sunday I still waiting for her to give a preauthorization for my prescription be released. Even I went personal couples time to be sure she do her job as suppose to follow the patient. I still suffer for my condition and still waiting to resolve the issue. Bad staff as a medical urgent care. Never again
