Check-in process was well communicated prior to surgery. Friendly staff. Every member introduced themselves and their role. Staff answered questions before & after procedure. I was monitored closely post anesthesia. Staff communicated with family immediately after procedure & prior to discharge.
Very good service, though wait time long. Was there 90” for two Covid tests.
It was a very good experience from check- in until check-out. The nurse was very nice and efficient. The doctor was thorough and very nice as well. I would highly recommend this urgent care.
