The whole experience from signing in to after the procedure was excellent. I was impressed with the text messages that I received while my daughter was having her procedure.
Safe, efficient, and friendly.
Check-in process was well communicated prior to surgery. Friendly staff. Every member introduced themselves and their role. Staff answered questions before & after procedure. I was monitored closely post anesthesia. Staff communicated with family immediately after procedure & prior to discharge.
Very good service, though wait time long. Was there 90” for two Covid tests.
