Excellent service and concern
Nursing staff were very kind and professional. Dr Munze the anesthesiologist listened to my concerns. Facilities were very clean.
Covid-19 test through a drive up situation and it worked out great, very friendly staff. The procedure was quick and easy

WAIT FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR FOR COVID TEST COLLECTION. TEST WAS REQUIRED FOR A TRAVEL. I DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL IN FOLLOWING DAYS WITH RESULTS AS I WAS EXPECTED.
I had an overall good experience. Turns out I did have a broken toe so I was in a lot of pain & was feeling quite nauseous. The wait for 2 hours from beginning to end just to get an x-ray was a bit annoying considering there were only a handful of people there when I first walked in. However, the x-ray tech & the doctor were great. I honestly didn't find the reception staff particularly warm or caring .... Kind of mechanical but efficient. The woman who arranged my referral to. A podiatrist was very warm & helpful.
No problems, worst part was all the paper work but i know that is necessary. The APRM that provided the service was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank You.to her... Assisted by: Joslyn Kinkel
