Good experience. Everyone was Covid Careful with masks and sanitizers. Friendly and ready to accommodate my needs and wishes.
Appointment was available when I needed it, staff was knowledgeable and helpful.
Every person we dealt with was pleasant, efficient and competent. The problem was the schedule. Our appointment for the procedure was at 8:45 AM and we arrived at 6:45 as instructed. I was prepped and then we waited. I was finally taken to the OR at 11:00 AM, over 2 hours late. By 11:45 I was back in my room. The actual procedure took less than 10 minutes. Customer service was ok, however, I did not like my medical provider. I feel that she should have been more meticulous especially since my injury stemmed from a motor vehicle accident.
The people involved were very polite and professional. Very pay less process.
It was very easy and straight forward. Loved the idea of drive thru testing
COVID-19 test procedure was performed professionally and in a satisfactory manner. Waiting time was excessive given number of patients in the facility at the time of the test.
