Heather, my nurse while I was waiting for the procedure was amazing. My procedure was delayed by 3 1/2 hours. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable I was informed and was very consoling. The three nurses that took care of me when I finally arrived for my procedure were awesome and made sure I was comfortable and were kidding around with me and when they were done my bandage was cut into the shape of a heart. They were awesome!! The doctor, however, never came in to introduce himself.
No problem. Appointment time exact.
The service was swift
I had a very positive experience. I did not have to wait long,the dt was efficient friendly and knowledgeable. The meds prescribed worked well with each other and were cost effective.
Everyone was friendly, helpful and competent.
